Over 25 years of working experience work to Implement the rights of children with Disabilities, youth & Adolescent girl with disabilities, child rights, human rights, child protection, Gender based violence, strengthening child sexual abuse awareness program in community level, community and child centered advocacy, Inclusive Education & Inclusive society, emergency response, programmed development, management and capacity building. The experience covers working with grass root civil society organizations, Community engagement, government & NGOs sector. Along with the experiences, I have gathered different skills which are coordination, communication, documentation, training facilitation, office management, staff management, case & event management, project management, online/offline meeting, reporting, monitoring, record keeping, accounting, budgeting, planning, counseling, material & leadership developing, MEAL, CBCPC formation, press & publication, soft skill, Code of Conduct and Child Safeguarding Policy, UNCRPD,CRC,SDG and computer literacy, etc. Where I carried different posts and worked successfully. Those are- Team Leader, Area Coordinator, Project Coordinator, District Coordinator, Project Manager and Training Officer. The main target is to ensure the rights of youth & girl with disabilities and best interest of child, survival and development, Inclusive Society , Inclusive Education, non-discrimination and accountability as an integral part of its intervention strategy through the four intervention approaches- Advocacy and Networking, Capacity building, Awareness raising program and direct support.
